4.1 Sharing with Schools and CRTs

The App facilitates the sharing of personal information between schools and CRTs for the purpose of arranging casual relief teaching services. Your personal information, such as your name, contact details, and qualifications, may be shared with schools seeking CRTs and vice versa.

As an employee, you will only be visible to schools from which you have accepted an invite ‘to join’ canuwork, or alternatively where you have enabled our Public Profile feature within the canuwork app under the Profile menu. Where this is enabled, other schools using canuwork can view your personal information for the purpose of casual relief teaching services.

4.2 Third Party Service Providers

We may engage third-party service providers to assist us in delivering the App's services and features. These service providers may have access to your personal information but are only authorized to use it for the purpose of providing the requested services.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or when we believe such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us.
