FAQs

General

Can any school view my availability?
No. Your availability is only visible to employers that have invited you to connect within the app and you have then accepted the invite. A list of these employers are displayed under profile and Employers.
Can I print a list of bookings for a previous date range?
Not yet, however this feature is coming soon. For now you can manually list all bookings by tapping on previous dates in the calendar view.
Can other employers (Teams) view my employees?
No. Employers can only view and send requests to their own employees who have accepted an invite within the app.
App Notifications
When you first download the app and launch it, you will be asked if you would like to allow notifications. Please ensure you choose Allow to ensure you won't miss any requests to work!
How can I be sure that I am booked in after Accepting a work request.
The employer will receive confirmation of acceptance, or confirmation of any declines. However, if you wish you can also message the employer via the app to confirm any information.

Billing

What if we don’t want to use a credit card for the subscription payment?
During the signup process, you can contact us to receive an annual invoice which will be sent via email. Payment methods include Bank transfer, PayPal or cheque.
How many work requests can I send?
If you have purchased a subscription, you can send an unlimited number of work requests.
